In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support by organizing, monitoring, distributing and filing compensation letters; maintaining a well-organized filling system for the managers and department; help to produce presentation materials using PowerPoint; provide backup support to the reception desk; and you will participate in additional administrative processes as needed. The qualified Administrative Assistant must have 1-3 years of working experience with administrative training; strong skill using the Microsoft Office suite; and you must possess the ability to provide outstanding customer service, work efficiently in a dynamic global team, and handle confidential and time sensitive materials.
