This is a career opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a global company in their beautiful DC office. You will provide executive level support to the VP of Government Affairs and have direct interaction with the CEO and Board of Directors.
In this position, you will be responsible for complex calendar management, communicating with top level executives in DC and around the world, preparing presentations using PowerPoint, updating spreadsheets and reports using Excel, and filtering high volumes of email and written correspondence. This executive travels extensively and interacts frequently with government agencies and high ranking government officials so you must have experience planning meetings, dinners and travel arrangements for high profile people and groups. The right candidate is highly organized and meticulous as details make the difference in this environment. You must possess clear, crisp, precise communication skills and strong listening skills.
